Ovation is a review management tool that helps businesses respond to Google reviews using AI-generated reply drafts. The service connects to your Google Business Profile to fetch reviews and publish approved replies.
You must have a Google account with access to a Google Business Profile to use Ovation. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Ovation generates reply drafts using AI. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all replies before they are published to your Google Business Profile. If you enable auto-reply, you accept responsibility for automatically published responses. Ovation is not liable for the content of published replies.
By using Ovation, you authorize us to access your Google Business Profile data as described in our Privacy Policy. You must comply with Google's Terms of Service. We may lose access to Google APIs at any time due to changes in Google's policies, which may affect service availability.
Ovation is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI-generated replies, or specific business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
